Tuna Salad Recipe

1-2 cans of tuna packed in water (drained)

add 1/2 of a yellow onion diced finely

add 2 whole roma tomatoes diced.

add 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

add 1 tbsp yellow mustard

add 2-3 tablespoons olive oil Mayo

add 1 tablespoon olive oil

add 1/2 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice

Pepper as in hot sauce or jalapeño finely diced (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and chill until ready to eat
